Genome browser data download

Welcome to 3D Genome Browser, where you can join 50,000 other users from over 100 countries to explore chromatin interaction data, such as Hi-C, ChIA-PET, Capture Hi-C, PLAC-Seq, and more.

Data is typically obtained from DNA microarrays or DNA sequencing. Our site has a user registration system that allows registered users to upload their own data sets. Genome Browsers 1000 Genomes data in Ensembl. Ensembl provides a genome browser where the 1000 Genomes Project data can be viewed alongside a wide range of additional data sources, as well as giving access to tools that can be used to work with the 1000 Genomes data and other data sets. We recommend using Ensembl in preference to the early access browsers created during the 1000 Genomes Project.

The Genome Data Viewer (GDV) is now the main genome browser at NCBI replacing the Map Viewer, our original genome browser. GDV is a modern genome browser with essential improvements over Map Viewer. These include sequence-level details and an automated update process that keeps up with the rapid pace of genome sequencing, assembly and annotation.

Three more legume genome browsers are available at our sister sites: Soybase and Peanutbase. Data Store: Data sets for download. More added regularly. The University of California Santa Cruz Genome Browser website (https://genome.ucsc.edu) enters its 20th year of providing high-quality genomics data visualization and genome annotations to the Genome Graphs allows you to upload and display genome-wide data sets. The UCSC Genome Browser is developed and maintained by the Genome Bioinformatics Group, a cross-departmental team within the UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute and the Center for Biomolecular Science and Engineering at the University of California Santa Cruz . Sequence and annotation data downloads are usually made available within the first week of the release of a new assembly. The download directories are automatically updated nightly to incorporate additions and modifications to the data. The Genome Browser downloads site provides prepackaged downloads of 1000 bp, 2000 bp, and 5000 bp It also provides portals to ENCODE data at UCSC (2003 to 2012) and to the Neandertal project. Download or purchase the Genome Browser source code, or the Genome Browser in a Box at our online store. We encourage you to explore these sequences with our tools.
