It's definitely not Mod Organizer, as I haven't even downloaded that yet. Right now I'm just in the process of downloading all the mods from my last playthrough as compressed files, and I was planning to use the method described here for Workshop mods, but I hit a bit of a snag when I found I can't download them. I have zero mods installed.
